Prescription Plans
 Before you run out of medication, please call our office. Be sure to follow the prompter to leave your refill request on our refill line. Leave your prescription name, pharmacy name, and your name and phone number. All prescriptions are refilled in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours. The weekend could cause your prescription to be delayed 48 hours.
Please call and make sure we have ample time for your refill request. We ask that refills not be requested outside of office hours. It is standard policy for our on-call personnel to not fill antibiotics and pain medications without you having been seen and examined first.
Payment Information: We accept payments for services over and above your insurance coverage, such as co-pays and deductibles, in the form of cash and personal checks. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.
