Our practice participates with most major insurance groups including the following:
 Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO- Athens Area Health Plan Select

- Medicare
Please make absolutely certain that you provide us with current and accurate insurance information. Minor omissions can cause your claim to be rejected. You will be required to provide documentation of your coverage when you arrive for your appointment.
The list above does not include all accepted plans. Please call our office at 706-353-7648 ext. 227 if your insurance company is not listed above. Insurance PPO eligibility is constantly updated.
Payment Information: We accept payments for services over and above your insurance coverage, such as co-pays and deductibles, in the form of cash and personal checks. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.
We encourage all patients to learn more details about their insurance coverage. Many plans have a limited list of specialists on their panels and have a requirement on which hospital a patient may use. Before you change plans or if you have any questions about your current plans coverage, please don't hesitate to call us. |
